We ship Australia wide with $10 standard shipping ( 2-8 days) and $15 express shipping ( 1-4 days). We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 and free express shipping for orders over $70.

Returns and Exchange Policies

Returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the product is damaged. If there are any damages with the product, please send us an email with your order number, name and photos within the first 48HRS of receiving your order. Products that has been worn or changed in any way are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Aftercare

Our lashes are reusable for up to 25 wears with the right after care.

Gently peel off any residue glue from lashes with fingertips, avoid tugging or pulling lashes.

Apply a small amount of alcohol/makeup remover and gently brush lash over with spoolie ( avoid soaking lashes in alcohol, makeup remover or any form of liquid).

Dry the lashes after it has been brushed and store them carefully in its box away from dust.
